Custom Products
All Pixique products are custom-made using customer-submitted images, text, and designs. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.
Pixique is not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes entered by customers
- Low-resolution image uploads
- Incorrect cropping or design approvals made during checkout
- Color variations caused by screen settings
Once production has started, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers retain ownership of the photos and content they upload to Pixique. By uploading content, you confirm that:

You may not upload content that:

Product Colors & Quality
We strive to produce accurate and high-quality prints. However, slight color and brightness differences between digital screens and printed products are normal due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
